Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for appellant appeared and submitted that earlier, this Court ordered notice to the respondents, in which, the address of 6th the respondent, there was no such person. In the said circumstances, the learned counsel for appellant is directed to take substituted service by way of paper publication on the 6th respondent in anyone of the Tamil Daily newspaper having wide circulation in the locality at Vyasarpadi, Chennai stating that the above appeal will be taken up for hearing on 26.09.2023.
