The suit has been filed for partition.

One property is situate at Chennai and the other properties described in Schedule "B""to "F"are situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court. The plaintiffs and the defendants are residing only at Chennai, within the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to grant leave to sue.

3. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
