Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were unable to surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated time.

2. In view of the above submission made by him, this Court extends one month to the petitioners to comply with the earlier order dated 23.05.2024 from today.

3. In all other aspects, the order dated 23.05.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12319 of 2024 shall remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
