ORDER

The first defendant in O.S.No.135 of 2021 before the District Munsif Court, Pappidreddipatti, Dharmapuri District is before this Court seeking expeditious disposal of the suit which has been filed against him by the first respondent/plaintiff for declaration and injunction.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner/1st defendant states that for the past several hearings, the suit is only at the stage of further evidence of plaintiff.

3. It is noticed that trial commenced as early as in November 2022. In the light of the above, I am inclined to allow the Civil Revision Petition directing the District Munsif, Pappireddipatti, Dharmapuri District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.135 of 2021 along with the connected suit in O.S.No.51 of 2022 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this 2/4

order. No costs.
