The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records in C.C.No.266 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Erode and to quash the same. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) contended that the entire proceedings in C.C.No.35 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Erode was quashed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2209 of 2017 and the present petitioner is arrayed as fourth accused. He also filed a copy of the orders passed by this Court.

3.Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
