ORDER

The revision petitioners seek a direction to the II Additional District Court, Tiruppur to dispose the suit for partition in O.S.No.203 of 2014 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited scope of prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose the present civil revision petition, even without notice to the respondents.

3. The perusal of the docket entry filed in the typed-set of papers would suggest that the suit in O.S.No.203 of 2014 has been adjourned from January, 2018 onwards for filing additional written statement, without any substantial progress.

4. Having regard to the fact that the suit is for partition and it is of the year 2014, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the II Additional District Court, Tiruppur to dispose O.S.No.203 of 2014, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
