Learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the Court bundle seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. However, he seeks liberty for the petitioner to file an application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking for the appointment of an Arbitrator by this Court.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty as prayed for, is granted. No costs.
