O R D E R

The petition in HMOP.No.807 of 2019 was filed by the parties to the marriage that took place on 19.02.2018 seeking divorce by consent.

2. The said petition was filed before the sub-Court Tambaram and numbered as HMOP.No.807 of 2019. Upon constitution of sub-Court at Alandur, the HMOP.No.807 of 2019 was transferred to sub-Court, Alandur and numbered as HMOP.No.865 of 2021.

3. It is the grievance of the counsel for the petitioner that the Original Petition has been adjourned to 22.03.2022, even when both the parties were present before the Court. The Original Petition being one under 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, I am unable to comprehend for such a long adjournment.

4. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs. The hearing in HMOP.No.865 of 2021 is advanced to 13.12.2021 with a direction to the learned Sub-Judge, Alandur to dispose of the Original Petition in HMOP.No.865 of 2021 on the said date positively and report 2/4

such disposal to this Court. The parties are directed to appear before the sub-Court, Alandur on the said date.
