ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with F.I.R.No.206 of 2021 dated 16.11.2021 on the file of 1st respondent police and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the second respondent/Party-in-person and the learned Government Advocate (Crl side) appearing for the 1st respondent police. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before this court. Further, A memo of compromise has been filed by the defacto complainant and the petitioner before trial Court. As per the terms of memo of compromise stated that the defacto complainant is not inclined to proceed with the case in FIR.No.206 of 2021 against the petitioner. This Court also enquired both the parties and was satisfied that the parties have come to an amicable settlement between themselves before the trial Court on 22.04.2022.

4. Considering the memo of compromise filed by both parties, before the trial Court, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and the proceedings in FIR No.206 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent police, is quashed and the terms of memo of compromise has been filed in the typed set of papers along with this petition, shall form part and parcel of this order.
