ORDER

This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu in Crl.M.P.No.1856 of 2024 dated 29.07.2024 that the petitioner is directed to report before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirukalukundram daily at 10:30 A.m for a period of 30 days.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner is having life threat to appear before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirukalukundram. Hence, prays for the modification. 3.Taking into consideration the facts of the case, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the George Town Court, Chennai for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. All other conditions remains intact.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original petition is ordered. 19.08.2024 smn 2/4
