1.The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation/appeal petition dated 29.07.2013, presented by the petitioner in person to the respondent, received and acknowledged by the respondent on 30.07.2013.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent. Though the 2nd respondent is served with notice, and the name of the learned counsel being printed in the cause list, there is no appearance for the 2nd respondent. Since the appeal petition is pending without any progress and no orders has been passed till date, the petitioner has approached this court with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the present writ petition.
3. In the light of the above fact, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 29.07.2013, and dispose of the appeal petition on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the 2nd respondent and after hearing both the parties in person. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
