This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to cancel the sale deed dated 22.08.2006, registered as Document No.9664 of 2006; the sale deed dated 23.10.2006, registered as Document No.12556 of 2006; the sale deed dated 23.10.2006, registered as Document No.12557 of 2006; the sale deed dated 23.10.2006, registered as Document No.7455 of 2007 and the sale agreement dated 24.06.2013, registered as Document No.8655 of 2013 on the file of the third respondent and remove the encumbrance in the official website of the first respondent department and to conduct detailed enquiry by the second respondent and take necessary actions.

The petitioner lodged a complaint/representation dated 12.07.2021 before the second respondent with regard to the fraudulent transactions in respect of the properties bearing Plot Nos.20, 21, 22, 31 and 32 in the layout called "Krishnavenipuram" comprised in S.No.7/3, situated at Melakottaiyur Village, Chengalpattu Taluk and District and it is pending.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint/representation lodged by the petitioner dated 12.07.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
