This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 499 days in filing the above writ appeal. 2.Heard both sides. There is no serious objection on the side of the first respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the credit of Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras High Court, Chennai, within a week's time from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.Upon production of receipt for payment of costs, this civil miscellaneous petition stands ordered.
