Div.)D.No.101355 of 2022 which reads as follows: 'When the matter was taken up, Mr.Ramesh Ganapathy, learned counsel of M/s.Mission Legal (Law Firm) on behalf of the applicant / plaintiff sought for a short accommodation as the entity qua which the sale is alleged to have taken place within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court has not been arrayed as a party. Request acceded to.
2. List one week hence. List on 30.09.2022 in the Motion List.'
2. Pursuant to the aforementioned proceedings, A.No.4413 of 2022 has been taken out with implead prayer.

3. Considering the cumbersome procedure that is likely to ensue, learned counsel for applicant / plaintiff Mr.Ramesh Ganapathy of M/s.Mission Legal (Law Firm) requested leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned applications but made a request to preserve all the rights and contentions of the applicant / plaintiff to come up with similar LTS application with same / similar prayer on the same cause of action.
4. Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the captioned applications and scanned reproduction of the same are as follows: Page Nos.2/4
5. Request of learned counsel for applicant / plaintiff acceded to.

Captioned two applications namely, A.Nos.4259 of 2022 and 4413 of 2022 are disposed of as withdrawn / closed albeit preserving all the rights of applicant / plaintiff to come before this Commercial Division with similar / same prayer on the same cause of action inter alia after adding necessary parties as respondents in the captioned LTS application.
