This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 20 days in filing restore petition in Crl.O.P.No.12671 of 2024 in Crl.A.Sr.No.26353 of 2024 order dated 18.06.2025.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 20 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
