Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking speedy disposal of the O.S.No.123 of 2009 pending on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Tirukoilur.

The petitioner seeks early disposal of O.S.No.123 of 2009. Considering the limited prayer sought for, notice to the respondents is deemed unnecessary.

2.The petitioner is the plaintiff in the said suit. The suit was filed for partition and separate possession of the petitioner's share. It is seen from the order made in CRP.No.4040 of 2019 that the trial Court has been directed to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Several six months have passed. Of course, the intervening pandemic may be a reason. 3.In view of the above, there will be a direction to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
