The present application is filed to implead Sri Kannika Parameswari Amman Temple and Charity, Panruti, represented by its Managing Trustee as a party respondent.

From the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the present application, it appears that the Temple is a necessary party in the writ petition.

In the light of that, the present application stands allowed and disposed of. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the cause-title.

Mr.R.Gururaj, learned counsel accepts notice for the added respondent.
