This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 249 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

2. Mr.H.Mohamed Gouse learned counsel takes notice for R1 and Mr.M.Venkateshwaran, learned Special Government Pleader for R2, who have stated that the respondents have no objection in the delay being condoned.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 249 days in preferring the Writ Appeal is condoned.
