No.824 of 2009 P.B.BALAJI, J., The Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to direct the Registry of this Court to return the Original Sale Deeds dated 04.09.1978, 10.04.1981, 20.11.1980 (Exhibits B4, B5 & B6) and Rectification Deed dated 14.05.1993 (Exhibit.D7) and substitute the same with the certified copy of the sale deeds dated 04.09.1978, 10.04.1981 and 20.11.1980 and the Rectification Deed dated 14.05.1993.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection for the documents being returned to the petitioners subject to the condition that the original copies of the above documents shall be produced before this Court as and when directed, if necessary.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned Senior Counsel Mr.P.Valliappan, for Mr.GRM.Palaniappan, the learned counsel for the respondents, the following order is passed, This Application is ordered and Original Sale Deeds dated 04.09.1978, 10.04.1981, 20.11.1980 (Exhibits B4, B5 & B6) and Rectification Deed dated P.B.BALAJI, J., https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

14.05.1993 (Exhibit.D7) are directed to be returned to the Petitioners/respondents 1 and 2, after obtaining undertaking from the learned counsel for the petitioners that the said Exhibits shall be produced before this Court as and when required during the course of hearing.
