ORDER

1. Application No.4607 of 2021 has been filed to direct the Registry to accept the Succession duty of Rs.25,000/- paid by the applicant in OP.D.No.75383 of 2021 instead of remitting in RBI.

2. Application No.4608 of 2021 has been filed to direct the Registry to refund the excess Succession duty of Rs.50,000/- inadvertently paid by the applicant in OP.D.No.75383 of 2021 by way of Court Fee.

3. Records called from the Registry. From the records, it is seen that the applicant has paid Rs.75,000/- instead of Rs.25,000/-. Hence, the Registry is directed to refund the excess Succession duty of Rs.50,000/- to the applicant.

4. The applicant has not paid the remitted amount to the Registry. The learned Advocate has not followed the procedure and due to advocate's fault, the party should not suffer. The learned advocate is directed not to follow such practice.
