The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petition in C.M.P.No.22001 of 2024 in A.S.S.R.No.37039 of 2017 is filed seeking to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased Selvaraj as Petitioners 1 to 3 (Appellants in Cross Appeal).

2. The Petitioners in C.M.P.No.22001 of 2024 had not impleaded the Appellants in A.S.No.115 of 2017 in the Cross Appeal (A.S.S.R.No.37039 of 2017). The same is allowed as the Appellants in A.S.No.115 of 2017 does not have any objection.

3. Before numbering the A.S.S.R.No.37039 of 2017, the learned Counsel for the the Petitioners/Appellants in A.S.S.R.No.37039 of 2017 is directed to implead the Appellants in A.S.No.115 of 2017.

4. Post the case after three weeks.

5. Interim order already granted by this Court in A.S.No.115 of 2017 is extended till then.
