CRL.OP.No.26527 of 2016 DR. P.DEVADASS, J., Petition for anticipatory bail in crime No.773 of 2016 on the file of Inspector of Police, Cuddalore Old Town Police Station, Cuddalore District for offences under Sections 409 & 417 of I.P.C.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Petitioner served in the Tamil Nadu text book and educational services corporation. He was a godown incharge. It is alleged by the prosecution that during a period bit by bit, he has committed misappropriation. It is alleged that it runs to Crores and Crores of rupees.

4.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that then and there everything is accounted and he has been implicated. 5.The matter rest on verification of accounts and other ledgers running to a course of period and also registers. Everything has to be verified.

6. In the facts and circumstances of the case , I am inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.

7 Ordered as under:- (i) Anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner; (ii) Petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore within 15 days of receipt of a copy of the order;

DR. P.DEVADASS, J., smi (iii) Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;

(iv) Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders.
