ORDER

By stating that the name of the petitioner underwent a change as a result of the conversion of the company from a Private Limited Company to a Public Limited Company, the present application has been filed.

2. In support thereof, the applicant has placed on record the Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion into a public company. Upon examining the same, this application is liable to be allowed. Learned counsel for the contesting respondent also has no objection to this application being allowed.

3. Therefore, this application is allowed as prayed for and the rectification petitioner is directed to carry out the amendments in the 2/4

petition on or before 15.07.2025 and serve a copy of the amended petition on the other parties within a week from then.
