Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records relating to the impugned Minutes of the first respondent in C.No.29909/UD-V/2010 dated 27.08.2012 and quash the same as highly illegal and consequentially direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the unauthorised construction of stairs and balcony which is rested and extended on the petitioner's compound wall.

2. The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2013 are closed.
