The present petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1068 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent to the file of the 2nd respondent or some other investigation agency.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), would contend that the investigation in Crime No.1068 of 2013 is already concluded and a referred charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.
