ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to release the petitioner's salary for the period from January 2021 to November 2021 and May 2023 to till date based on the representation of the petitioner dated 03.06.2023.
2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that his salary from Janyary 2021 to November 2021 and from May 2023 to till date has not been regularly paid to the petitioner. In this regard the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 03.06.2023. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
3. Since limited relief is sought, the respondent shall consider the 2/4
representation of the petitioner dated 03.06.2023 on its own merits and pass Orders on the same.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
