Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the Third Respondent made in Appeal No.1374 of 2001 dated 24.09.2002 in granting the mini bus permit in favour of the First Respondent to ply on the modified route Manaparai Bus Stand to Virali Malai Check post by reversing the order of the second respondent made in A2/03718/2001 dare 06.12.2001 and quash the same.
W.P.No.4024 of 2003: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the First Respondent made in Appeal No.A2/43714/02 dated 22.01.2003, proposing to convene the timing conference in favour of the Second Respondent mini bus grant to ply on the route Manaparai Bus Stand to Virali Malai Check post via Kadmaraj Statue, Solaipatti (v) Patnapatti, Kavarapatti, Sevenapatti, Vanathirayanpatti and Vanathirayanpatti (v) and quash the same.

Palani, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that in view of the subsequent order passed by the Regional Transport Authority vide Proc.R.No.43714/A2/02 dated 02.06.2011, the impugned order in these Writ Petitions have been superseded and hence, submits that the relief sought in these Writ Petitions have become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the same, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected WPMP is closed.
