O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of transfer made by the respondent on 03.05.2007. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the transfer order was made in the year 2007 since after the lapse of 12 years, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel has also recorded the same in the bundle.

3. In view of the above, since nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition after the lapse of 12 years, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
