Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue the certified copy of the marriage certificate bearing serial No.35/2013 dated 07.02.2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent (SRO, Periamet).

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to issue the certified copy of the marriage certificate dated 07.02.2013 bearing serial No.35/2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard, Mr.H.Mohammed Farook, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.07.2023 and pass orders with regard to issuance of certified copy of the marriage certificate dated 07.02.2013 bearing serial No.35/2013 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall no order as to costs.
