Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of the second respondent issued in Ni.Mu.50722/G1/2002, dated 12.05.2003 and his consequential order issued in O.M.No.40372/G1/03,

dated 19.12.2003 in so far as upgrading the Middle School Headmistress post of the 5th respondent School only from 12.05.2003 (B.T.Grade) instead from 01.06.2002, the date of vacancy alone is concerned and quash the same and direct the respondents 2 and 3 to grant approval for upgradation of the post as Middle School Headmistress (B.T.Grade) of the 5th respondent school from 01.06.2002 and to approve the petitioner's transfer as Middle School Headmistress (B.T.Grade) from 05.06.2002 and pay salary and other benefits from 05.06.2002 to 11.05.2003.
