2.The facts of this case is covered by the reported Judgment of this Court in 2018 2 LW (Crl) 606 [Jeevanandham and others Vs. State Rep. by Inspector of Police and another]. Accordingly, the proceedings in C.C.No.1639 of 2018 on the file of the 7th Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai-1 is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
