These Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 577 days in representing the above Second Appeals.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and perused the material available in the record.

On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees Three thousand only) to "the Medical Research Foundation (Sankara Nethralaya) No.41/18, College Road, Chennai-6. HDFC Bank Ltd., A/c.No.00821000087815, IFSC Code No.HDFC0000082" within a period of two week from today and on such payment the delay of 577 days in representing the above S.A.SR.Nos.143772 & 143771 of 2022 are condoned.
