Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from the second respondent bearing Ref.No.ID.No.17/2006 - LO(C)/A1 dated 15.02.2007 and to quash the same as without jurisdiction, illegal, arbitrary and to complete the conciliation proceedings by submitting a failure report under Section 12(4) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, within four weeks from the date of the order passed by this Court and for a consequential Mandamus to the first respondent to refer the charter of demands dated 11.12.2003 for adjudication to the Industrial Tribunal / Labour Court, Pondicherry, within four weeks from the date of submission of the failure report.
