ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.3 of 2025 dated 24.01.2025 on the file of respondent, before the Court concerned within the stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation was already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai through e-filing on 17.04.2025.
