ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 4th respondent to survey the petitioner's land measuing 1754 1⁄2 square feet or 163 square meters, comprised in Gramanatham Old Survey No.174/5, New Survey No.174/72 under Manaivari Thoraya Patta No.656, situated in Minnampalli Village, Namakkal Taluk and District.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner submitted an petition/representation on 08.08.2022 with a request to measure the property which is pending without consideration. Therefore, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the petition/representation of the petitioner dated 08.08.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representations to survey the properties comprised in Gramanatham Old Survey No.174/5, New Survey No.174/72 under Manaivari Thoraya Patta No.656, situated in Minnampalli Village, Namakkal Taluk and District measuring to an extent of 1754 1⁄2 square feet or 163 square meters, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the 2/4

date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
