Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents one and two to consider the memorandum dated 05.09.2003 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders of withdrawing the acquisition proceedings initiated in R.C.No.433/84/LA/A1 in respect of an extent of 1943 Square feet & 1836 Square feet of lands respectively in R.S.No.58/1 part (New No.58/17) at Koyambedu Village, Egmore-Nungambakkam Taluk and forbear the respondents from dispossessing the petitioners till such time.
