O R D E R

The Petitioner, who is presently residing at Ganapathy, Coimbatore District, has come up with this Petition seeking transfer of I.D.O.P. No.139 of 2019 from the file of District Court, Trichy to the file of Family Court, Coimbatore. 2.

According to the Petitioner, it would be difficult for her to travel all the way from Coimbatore to Trichy to attend the hearings in I.D.O.P. No.139 of 2019.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has been served about the pendency of the proceedings before this court. None appears on behalf of the Respondent in spite of his name printed in the cause list, after service.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

5. There is nothing on record to suspect the bonafides in filing this Transfer Petition. I am therefore of the view that the Transfer Petition deserves to be allowed.

6. In the result, the proceedings in I.D.O.P. No.139 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of District Court, Trichy and is transferred to the file of Family Court, Coimbatore. The Page No.1 of 2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Judge of the Family Court, Coimbatore is expected to conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible, without adjourning the matter beyond 30 working days at any point of time, to bring the issue to a logical end.

7. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as indicated above. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneosu Petition is closed.
