(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioners seek direction against respondent No.5/District Munsif Court, Poonamallee to furnish the certified copy of the order in E.P.No.197 of 1982 in O.S.No.621 of 1968 passed by the District Munsif Court, Ponneri.

The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent/Registrar General of Madras High Court states that the File was initially sent to the Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur and thereafter, marked to the District Munsif Court, Poonamallee and that the records are available. He assures that the certified copy, if not already issued, will be issued within a maximum period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of the order on the petitioners complying with the necessary requirements.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
