This petition is filed to condone the delay of 250 days in filing the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the nature of the matter, this court is inclined to condone the delay subject to payment of cost.

4. Accordingly, the delay of 250 days in filing the above CMA is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee on or before 17.09.2024, failing which, the order shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this court.

5. On payment of such cost, the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is, otherwise in order and post the same for admission on 17.09.2024.
