Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the first respondent herein in No.B4/274/2010 dated 23.08.2010 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to reimburse the deducted HRA and 3% of basic pay from the petitioner's salary for the period from 22.02.2008 (the date on which the petitioner joined the place at Eraiyur) onwards to till the deduction is stopped.

Mr.R.S.Anandan, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
