The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to provide employment to the petitioner as per proceedings BP (Chairman) No.9, dated 9.1.2008, as Contract Labourer.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that the writ petitioner was engaged as a Contract Labourer and subsequently the engagement was stopped contrary to the board proceedings dated 06.09.2007. However, the writ petitioner has submitted a representations to the respondent on 17.4.2009 and on 23.07.2010, which are yet to be considered. 3.Thus, without going in to the merits of the case the respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the writ petitioner on 17.4.2009 and on 23.07.2010 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. representations and other documents along with the orders passed in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
