Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner appearing before the 2nd respondent police i.e the Inspector of Police, Kolathur Police Station, Salem District daily at 10.00 a.m. sing until further order as per the order of this Hon'ble Court passed in Crl.M.P.No.7989 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.9335 of 2021 by an order dated 20.09.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S LAW VISION, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 19.05.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has three previous cases however, he has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 19.05.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e on 1st and 15th working day of every month. All other conditions remain unaltered.
