The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to pay all the pensionary benefits as admissible to the petitioner.
2. The learned Additional Government pleader appearing for the respondents filed a counter on behalf of the second respondent wherein in paragraphs 12 and 13 of the counter affidavit, it is stated that the pensionary benefits due to the writ petitioner has been settled.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the pensionary dues have been paid and interest for the belated payments has not yet been settled by the respondent. However, it is a separate issue to be adjudicated by the writ petitioner by submitting a proper representation before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
competent authority in accordance with the rules in force.
4. In respect of the pensionary benefits, the same has been already settled and therefore, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.
