O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent or his subordinates from interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent in view of the pendency of S.A. No.548 of 2018 on the file of this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.142 of 2019 and the same was closed, since, the parties https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

are already adjudicating their rights before this Court in S.A.No.548 of 2018. This fact was confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the third respondent. Both the counsels submitted that the parties will adjudicate their rights in the pending Second Appeal and they will not approach the police for this purpose. 4.By recording the submissions made on either side, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
