ORDER

[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] Alleging that his father is in the illegal custody of the respondents, the petitioner, who is the son, has filed this petition.

2. The Investigating Officer is present today. On enquiry, it reveals that the detenu was called for mere enquiry pursuant to the case registered for man missing. It appears that the detenue is in the hospital as of now. Therefore, while recording the statement of the investigating officer that the detenue was called only for enquiry and no case has been registered for any cognizable offence as of now, we direct the said authority not to disturb the detenue who is undergoing treatment.

3. In the result, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observations.
