ORDER

The petitioner herein filed this petition to call for the records relating to the C.C.No.3608 of 2021 on the file of the Learned Special Trial of CCB (Magistrate Level) Egmore so far as the petitioner herein concerned and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing,the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) Submits that all the witnesses were examined the matter is posted for arguments. Hence, this court is not inclined to quash the final report.

3. In the result, this petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequentially, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
