ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking to direct the third respondent to expedite the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.204 of 2025 before the competent Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, pending the present original petition, the respondents have filed closure report.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that notice was served on the petitioner by the Magistrate and the petitioner had also appeared.

4. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the trial Court in accordance with law.
