M/S Sanit Gobain Glass France And Another v. M/S Csg Holding Company Ltd.,

A.Nos.4526, 4527 of 2021 and (T)OP(TM)/249/2023 (ORA/3/2018/TM/CH) and C.S.No.754 of 2012 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY.J, A.No.4526 of 2021 in C.S.No.754 of 2012 is filed to amend the plaint by deleting the name "Saint Gobain Glass (India) Limited" and replacing it with the name "Saint Gobain India Private Limited".

2. In support of this application, the applicant has placed on record the certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion of the plaintiff to a private limited company. Upon taking note of the same, this application is liable to be and is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the plaintiff is permitted to carry out the amendments in the plaint on or before 10.07.2023 and serve a copy of the amended plaint on the defendants.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent seeks time to file a counter in A.No.4527 of 2021.
