COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in his impugned proceedings made in TIN:33094061432/2008-09 and TIN:33094061432/2011-12 dated 23.07.2019 quash the same as illegal and contrary to the scheme of the Act and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner also confirms that these communications withdrawing the impugned notices have been served on the writ petitioner.

3. Recording this, these writ petitions are closed and disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
