No.3 of 2020 by the Special Court for Prevention of Corruption Act cases, Chennai and within frame as deem fit and proper by this Court and or pass any other or further order that this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the proper facts and circumstances of the case under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

ORDER

Though the petitioner had sought for a writ of Mandamus, restraining the respondent to proceed with the disciplinary proceedings pending disposal of the Criminal case in C.C.No.3 of 2020, the petitioner had restricted his prayer to the extent that he has no grievance to proceed with the disciplinary proceedings and he wants only the stay of disciplinary proceedings till disposal of the criminal case in C.C.No.3 of 2020.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has also concede to the above submissions.

3. In view of the above submissions of both sides, the respondent is at liberty to proceed with the enquiry proceedings and the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the same. However, the respondent is restrained to pass final orders till the disposal of the criminal case in C.C.No.3 of 2020.

4. In the result, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected WMP is also closed.
